磁刺激治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床应用与研究进展

Abstract

脑卒中后上肢痉挛是脑卒中后的常见的、潜在的致残性症状。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive    transcranial    magnetic    stimulation,rTMS    )是一种可行、无痛、无创、耐受性好的神经调控技术,近年来越来越多的研究表明了rTMS在降低卒中后上肢痉挛中的积极作用,且基于rTMS的其他磁刺激也越来越受到研究者的关注,并取得了一定的进展。但目前相关临床研究还存在较大异质性,治疗效果受到刺激模式、参数制定、刺激部位等多因素影响。现对磁刺激治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的模式选择及参数制定、刺激部位、刺激时机以及可能的作用机制进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供依据。
