Abstract

本研究聚焦医疗器械技术管理领域的经济效益提升机制,系统探讨在全生命周期监管政策与数智化转型背景下,通维护流程优化与智能决策系统构建经济效益杠杆的理论框架与实践路径。研究整合运营管理理论与信息技术应用,基于多案例实证分析揭示:分级维护策略可使高价值设备故障率降低35%以上,移动工单系统实现维修响应效率提升40%;智能决策体系能有效降低设备闲置率   15%-20%,维修成本下降10%-25%。业务流程协同带来库存周转率提升25%、客户复购率提高23%的综合效益,验证了数智化转型作为行业降本增效核心路径的战略价值。
