氢气改善脂质代谢的多层次作用机制
流行病学调查显示,由遗传与环境因素引发的脂代谢紊乱伴随ASCVD、肥胖、糖尿病等已成为全球健康挑战。在临床策略方面,学界已形成系统管理框架:基础防治以膳食调节和运动疗法等生活方式干预为核心,结合阶梯式药物干预,开展分子靶向疗法等新手段的研究。氢气在很长一段时间内被视为一种能源,而近年来的研究发现氢气的生物学应用,打开了氢医学的新局面。氢气在生物学上发挥多维度作用,从选择性抗氧化剂、抗炎剂到代谢调节、菌群调节等,具有多方面的独特优势。本文主要关注氢气在脂代谢调控中的多靶点机制及其临床转化潜力。
