Abstract

对于毕业后医学教育,传统教学方法在培养住院医师的自主学习能力和创新能力方面有一定局限性,特别是在外科住院医师规范化培训中,住院医师需要具备扎实的理论基础、熟练的临床操作技能以及合格的临床思维能力。本研究以外科规范化培训为背景,提出整合以问题为基础(PBL)和案例为基础(CBL)的双轨教学法。通过理论分析结合外科典型案例,验证该方法对提升住院医师临床实践能力、思维训练及团队协作的协同效应,为优化住院医师培训模式提供实证依据。
