员工愿不愿意为完美主义领导当下属?工作不安全感和自我效能感的作用
基于资源保存理论,探讨了领导完美主义对员工工作不安全感和组织心理所有权之间的影响。以一线员工调查对象,通过实证分析得出:领导完美主义正向影响员工的工作不安全;员工工作不安全感负向影响员工的组织心理所有权,并且员工工作不安全感在领导完美主义和员工组织心理所有权有显著的中介作用;领导完美主义和员工自我效能感之间的交互显著影响了员工工作不安全感,即员工的自我效能感越高,领导完美主义对员工工作不安全感的正向影响越弱,反之亦然。这一研究结果有助于了解领导完美主义对员工影响,并为企业管理提供了一些实用的建议。
