介入时刻:导航平台如何重塑城市移动体验

Abstract

随着移动技术普及,导航平台已成为城市体验的关键中介者。本研究基于Verbeek的技术中介理论,提出“介入时刻”(moments of intervention)概念,考察导航平台如何在特定时空节点中介移动体验。研究通过多模态移动民族志方法,结合穿戴式相机记录、导航界面追踪和位置数据采集,辅以深度访谈,系统分析平台介入与空间特性的互动关系。研究发现:导航介入呈现四维空间矩阵,受空间开放度与复杂度系统调节;空间转换点处形成高频介入集簇,支持边界认知重构;社会性空间对技术介入产生缓冲效应,反映环境叙事与技术叙事的协商;平台根据环境特性动态调整感官通道配置,形成空间适应型中介系统。这些发现揭示了从环境直接感知到平台中介感知的城市认知转向,同时在两个维度拓展技术中介理论:将时间框架扩展至时空框架,超越视觉中心主义实现多感官理解。研究为理解数字时代城市体验提供新视角,对导航设计与空间规划具有实践启示。
