Abstract

本研究探索了大学生代表性优势心理品质在党团活动育人中的参与机制，得出：（1）在高校党团活动中，相对“关注自我类”品质，“关注他人类”品质培育效果更加明显；（2）“关注他人类”品质的增益，表现出有趣的个体差异性。
