Abstract
以人为本是一种新的管理理念，也是当前企业思想政治工作所必须坚持的重要理念，在以人为本理念下开展政工工作，能够在最大程度上保障职工队伍的稳定性，帮助员工树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和行为准则。对此，本文主要针对以人为本理念下的党务政工工作创新路径展开了全面深入的探讨和分析，希望能够为相关工作人员提供一定参考与借鉴。
