Abstract
建设项目造价控制是建设项目管理中至关重要的一个环节，其风险管理对于整个项目进度、质量和安全等因素都有着很大的影响。本文主要从风险管理的角度深入研究建设项目造价控制中的主要风险因素和应对措施，针对市场变化风险、技术难度风险、管理风险和不可预测因素风险等主要风险因素提出相应的应对措施，以增强建设项目造价控制的有效性和可靠性。
