突发事件下应急物资运输保障体系研究现状及发展趋势

Abstract

应急物资运输保障是突发事件应急处置体系中重要组成部分,对减少突发事件爆发带来的损害、保障生命安全发挥着决定性的作用。本文围绕运输保障体系策略、运输路径优化两方面总结分析了近年来国内外的研究现状,并且对目前应急物资运输存在的问题进行了剖析,最后对应急物资运输保障体系的研究方向进行了展望。
