广州市智慧养老服务体系的进路研究

Abstract

随着人口老龄化进程加速与信息技术的进一步拓新，发展智慧养老是我国积极面对人口老龄化的重要战略部署。本文以广州市作为研究对象，梳理了广州市智慧养老服务体系的发展动因和现存体系困境，并发现“数据孤岛”现象严重、供需结构偏差、商业模式不清晰和人才队伍紧缺等。建议推动“精准供给”，优化服务体验、建设统一的智慧养老服务平台和优化广州养老服务人才队伍建设，为发展智慧养老服务体系提供理论和实践参考。
