重症急性胰腺炎相关十二指肠瘘的预测模型构建
急性胰腺炎作为普外科常见的急腹症之一，全球年发病率呈逐年上升趋势，达（34-50）/10 万，其中约 15%-20%进展为重症急性胰腺炎，这部分患者中十二指肠瘘的发生率高达 5%-8%，成为延长住院时间、增加病死率的核心危险因素。现有的胰腺炎预后评分系统存在滞后于病情、缺乏特异性、预测准确性率不高等不足，急需开发针对胰腺炎疾病严重程度及相关并发症的可靠预测系统。
