儿童髂骨朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症1例报告并文献复习
本文报告1例7岁男童左髋臼单发朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)。患儿以左大腿疼痛6周就诊，影像学提示左侧髋臼骨质破坏伴周围水肿，初诊考虑嗜酸性肉芽肿。经切开活检确诊LCH后行病灶刮除联合髂骨植骨术。术后症状缓解，随访1年无复发。本文结合文献探讨髂骨LCH的临床特点、诊断要点及治疗策略。
