某实验室对从业人员甲肝、戊肝检测结果统计分析
目的：统计某实验室对从业人员甲肝、戊肝检测结果。方法：对从业人员的血清甲肝、戊肝IgM抗体检测结果进行分析。结果：男性和女性从业人员的甲肝阳性率之间的差异不显著（P>0.05），男性从业人员的戊肝阳性率低于女性（P<0.05）。2023年16~19岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50~77岁从业人员的甲肝阳性率分别为0.008%、0.03%、0.03%、0.03%、0.06%，戊肝阳性率分别为0.002%、0.002%、0.002%、0.002%、0.002%。食品从业人员、公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝阳性率均高于其他从业人员（P<0.05），50~77岁从业人员的甲肝阳性率高于其他年龄（P<0.05）。结论：从业人员健康体检中甲肝和戊肝感染风险高。
