CBL教学模式在消毒供应中心应用及效果评价

Abstract

在消毒供应中心是医院感控的重点部门，实习生的培养对医疗安全至关重要，手术器械的清洗是每个实习护士入科后需要学习的基本理论及技能操作，是每个实习护士需要掌握的基本内容^[1]。目前，手术器械清洗流程教学一般采用的还是传统的教学方法，内容较为枯燥，互动少，因此教学效果一般，实习生理解不透彻。CBL(Case Study Based Learning)的核心是 “以病例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为主导”的小组讨论式教学，通过实际案例的推进，一步步加深实习生对于知识的理解，教会实习生方法，而不仅仅是知识^[2，3]。
