Abstract

本论文深入探究扩张主动脉瓣的球囊导管装置,着重于其结构优化与力学分析。针对传统装置整体膨胀易致人工瓣膜脱落、膨胀控制不精准等临床应用缺陷,提出了结构优化方案。对膨胀部、导管组件等关键结构进行改进,显著提高了人工瓣膜定位的精准度,降低了脱落风险。依托材料力学、流体力学和接触力学等理论,运用有限元分析手段对装置开展力学分析,全面验证了其在不同工况下的力学性能,证实了结构优化的有效性,为该装置的后续发展及临床应用筑牢了理论与技术根基。
