嗅觉训练在慢性鼻窦炎伴嗅觉障碍患者中的研究进展
慢性鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis, CRS)是鼻窦黏膜的一种慢性炎症性疾病,分为伴鼻息肉型和不伴鼻息肉型,其中以嗅觉障碍为主要症状的患者约占80%,本研究从CRS患者嗅觉功能障碍的现状、影响因素及干预措施方面探究嗅觉训练(olfactory training, OT)的可行性、科学性,由于嗅觉系统的神经具有明显的可塑性,从而在刺激嗅觉方面为治疗提供了可能性,现有许多研究证实OT对改善嗅觉障碍显著有效。本研究以期为国内临床治疗嗅觉障碍提供重要的指导意义,为未来的治疗提供了新的方向和思路,从而有效的提高内镜术后CRS患者的生活质量。
