Abstract

功能性近红外光谱成像(fNIRS)技术作为一种新兴的无创神经成像手段,在精神分裂症的研究领域展现出巨大潜力。本文综述了fNIRS在精神分裂症患者脑激活模式评估、治疗反应监测以及作为潜在生物标志物方面的应用。fNIRS通过检测大脑中的氧合血红蛋白和脱氧血红蛋白浓度变化,间接测量大脑活动,为研究精神分裂症的神经生物学机制提供了新的视角。在评估脑激活模式方面,fNIRS揭示了精神分裂症患者在执行特定认知任务时脑区活动的异常,这些异常与疾病的临床症状紧密相关。在治疗反应监测方面,fNIRS能够实时监测药物治疗对患者脑活动的影响,为个性化医疗提供支持。此外,fNIRS信号的特异性变化使其有望成为精神分裂症早期诊断和预后评估的生物标志物。尽管fNIRS技术存在一定的局限性,如检测深度和信号解析度,但随着技术的进步和研究的深入,fNIRS有望在未来精神分裂症的诊治中发挥更加重要的作用。
