吸烟对中国老年人认知功能的影响
认知障碍的患病率随着年龄的增加也在增加,而目前在吸烟是否是认知障碍危险因素的研究中存在着不一致,我国已有3亿多的吸烟人群,因此本文就从吸烟变量、人口学特征、及潜在机制和病理变化方面探讨了吸烟对认知障碍的影响。吸烟和认知障碍人群的人口学特征方面是存在相互影响,尤其是年龄和APOE 4基因与吸烟具有协同作用。在吸烟的变量方面,发现长期吸烟史认知障碍一个危险因素,且累积吸烟量与认知障碍呈正相关,而短期吸烟史认知障碍的一个保护因素。吸烟导致认知障碍的机制主要是氧化应激,此外还有其他潜在机制,吸烟也会导致大脑AD相关的病理改变进而加重认知障碍。
