口腔颌面外科背阔肌肌皮瓣自取用手臂支架的方法改良及体位管理
随着显微外科技术的发展，手术医生对技术的不断突破，新技术、新设备的不断完善和开展，手术成功率的不断提高，血管化组织移植术已成为创伤修复、畸形矫正、功能重建和器官再造的重要手段，那么对手术的配合质量要求也越来越高。该文主要介绍口腔颌面外科背阔肌肌皮瓣制取用手臂支架的方法改良介绍，合理运用支架和体位的有效摆放和管理，不仅充分暴露手术野，便于医生操作，使手术顺利进行，更能最大限度保证患者的舒适和安全。
