从贞操枷锁到身体自主:论父权社会性别规训下的女性极端表达反抗实践

Abstract

本研究通过一位女性自述“想要从事性工作”的极端表达作为观察窗口展开分析,主要运用社会学中的女性主义视角,探讨女性在父权制社会下,在性别规训与社会结构性压迫下如何通过身体行为表达主体性诉求。该女性虽经济条件富裕,接受过高等教育,但却因为早年家庭创伤及对社会性别不平等的深刻洞察,试图以“成为被污名化的女性群体的一员”来挑战父权社会对“贞洁”的规训。研究还发现,与该女性建立亲密关系的男性在叙述中表现出明显的控制倾向,这说明即使在恋爱关系中,女性仍然面临身体自主权受限的问题,仍然常受到父权逻辑的规训。本文认为,女性对身体的重新诠释以及对主动接受污名标签的行为,是对父权体系的一种隐形颠覆,这种抵抗值得在当代女性主义理论框架内得到重视。毕竟反抗行为不应该局限于传统的政治运动方式,例如组织游行、签署联名信这些形式。女性以身体为场域展开的边缘表达同样具有颠覆性与理论价值。通过这一个案,本文试图揭示个体极端行为背后反应的深层次社会结构矛盾,如性别歧视、刻板印象等问题。为女性反抗实践的多样性提供新的解释框架,并呼吁对女性“非主流选择”背后的主体性考量,予以更多理解与尊重。
