Abstract

为提升海外建筑企业竞争力，实现项目的集约化、扁平化、高效化、安全化管理，为海外项目的事前、事中、事后控制提供强有力的文件支撑，推动施工活动稳妥有序开展，提升企业管理水平。文章运用现有理论，借鉴成熟经验，分析典型案例，启发思路。
