Abstract

近几年我国的建筑工程管理强度已逐步提升，在建筑工程中施工管理的品质管控和其精细化管理的主要需求也逐步提高，其中精细化管理最为严格，建筑工程中的精细化管理不仅可以提高工程整体的质量，而且利用其完善的制度，可以让整个建筑工程的施工管理更符合国家要求且更能有效提升整体效率。因此本篇文章将从建筑工程的角度来探讨有关施工管理中的精细化管理应用。
