反污名化干预如何改善大学生心理健康?—— 基于随机对照实验的实证研究
随着社会对心理健康问题的关注不断提升,大学生心理健康问题及其伴随的污名化现象逐渐引起广泛重视。污名化不仅阻碍了心理健康问题的公开讨论,还使得有心理困扰的学生难以寻求帮助。本研究旨在评估反污名化干预对大学生心理健康的影响,采用随机对照实验设计,结合定量和定性数据分析方法。研究对象为青岛市内几所高校的200名在校大学生,分为干预组和对照组,干预组接受了为期8周的反污名化干预。结果表明,干预组在抑郁症状(PHQ-9)、焦虑症状(GAD-7)以及心理健康污名化态度上均有显著改善。通过深度访谈和焦点小组讨论,进一步发现参与者在知识提升、态度转变及行为支持方面有明显变化。本研究验证了反污名化干预在短期内显著改善大学生心理健康的效果,提出了对高校心理健康教育及政策制定的实践建议,具有重要的理论和应用价值。
