Abstract

本研究基于高校教师混合式教学能力发展需求，通过文献分析、行为事件访谈、三级编码及专家论证，构建基于冰山理论的高校教师混合式教学胜任力模型。该胜任力模型涵盖知识、教学核心能力、技术整合能力、学习支持能力等显性胜任力，以及职业素养、个人特质等隐性胜任力，涉及6项一级指标及23项二级指标，突出内隐因素对混合式教学效能的关键影响。应用该模型可为课程与教学评价标准优化、教师专业发展培训设计、绩效考核与激励制度构建提供理论框架与实践依据，助力高校混合式教学质量提升。
