中国3000 米级超深水脐带缆光连接器(CFT)关键技术突破与应用
本文聚焦于3000 米级超深水脐带缆光连接器(CFT)关键技术与应用。鉴于其在深海能源、科研、国防等领域的重要性,为突破技术封锁展开研究。在关键技术上,实现了光缆抗蠕变密封、光纤高压穿舱、密封橡胶改性及与金属粘结等技术突破。完成了总体结构设计、材料选型与制造工艺研究。经耐压、密封、光学性能等测试,性能可靠,在陵水25-1气田项目中成功应用。研究成果不仅填补国内空白,还为深海能源开发、海底观测网建设及海洋国防等领域提供有力支撑。
