神经酰胺在延缓皮肤衰老中的作用
随着年龄的增长,在内外因素的影响下皮肤出现皱纹、松弛下垂和色素沉着等衰老表现,而皮肤又是最能体现出衰老状态的器官,如何延缓皮肤老化已成为近年来研究的热点。神经酰胺作为表皮脂质的重要组成成分,在维持皮肤屏障功能、保湿以及延缓皮肤老化方面发挥着关键作用。本文综述了皮肤衰老的内源性和外源性影响因素,探讨了神经酰胺在皮肤抗衰中的应用及其可能的作用机制,为延缓皮肤衰老研究及其相关产品的开发提供参考。
