“一带一路”倡议是否提升了沿线国家的创新能力?

Abstract

基于2009-2019年46个“一带一路”沿线国家的面板数据,运用双重差分法(DID)考察“一带一路”倡议的创新效应。结果表明,“一带一路”倡议对沿线国家的创新具有促进作用。机制分析显示,“一带一路”倡议通过促进沿线国家与中国的贸易流动、合同合作以及信息技术进口,对创新产生显著的正向影响。异质性检验表明,高收入、地理距离近、社会治理能力强的“一带一路”沿线国家更有可能实现创新增长。本文最后就中国如何通过推进“一带一路”经贸合作,提升沿线国家创新能力、构建高质量创新合作网络提出了见解。
